Review: Never Kiss an Earl at Midnight

Never Kiss an Earl at Midnight Never Kiss an Earl at Midnight by Tammy Andresen
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Never Kiss an Earl at Midnight is the fourth in Tammy Andresen’s How to Reform a Rake series, and a must read for those who have enjoyed the two prior books. Although Never Kiss an Earl at Midnight is not my favourite book in this series, it’s another must read.

With the How to Reform a Rake series, Tammy Andresen has given us a series that is much more closely intertwined than her usual series. Not only do we get to watch each character grow and develop throughout, we also have a storyline that grows with each additional book. Therefore, although each book is a standalone romance, I do recommend reading this series in order to get the best impact. It really is the little things, the way things slowly build, that make this series so much fun.

Never Kiss an Earl at Midnight had the usual Tammy Andresen fun to it. We have enjoyable characters and a fun romance, keeping us hooked from the first to the last page. Although it did not quite have the same amount of drama as other Tammy Andresen reads, this one keeps you hooked through offering us an unusual romance. The unlikely duo sucks you in, and you’ll easily finish the book in no time at all.

Without a doubt, I cannot wait to get my hands on the final book in this series.
